The BuzzPixels website and advertising system ("BuzzPixels") is wholly owned and operated by Netfactors Limited ("Netfactors"), incorporated in England and Wales as a private limited company with company number 6010649.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Netfactors treats personal information that Netfactors collects and receives through BuzzPixels, which may include information related to your past use of any Netfactors products and/or services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable, including but not limited to your name, contact and/or billing address, email address, phone number and EC VAT number (if applicable), and that may not otherwise be publicly available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Netfactors does not own or control or to people that Netfactors does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

Netfactors collects personal information when you sign up to BuzzPixels, when you use the BuzzPixels online forms and when you visit the BuzzPixels pages. Netfactors may combine such information about you with information that it obtains from business partners or other companies.

When you sign up to advertise with BuzzPixels, you are not anonymous to Netfactors and personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact and/or billing address, email address, phone number and EC VAT number (if applicable), is required in providing the required services and Netfactors collects information about your transactions.

When accessing BuzzPixels, information from your computer and browser is automatically received and recorded. Such information includes your IP address, BuzzPixels cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.

Netfactors uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfil your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Netfactors does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you to or with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide the products or services you have requested, when it has your permission or under the following circumstances:

• Netfactors provides the information to trusted partners who work on its behalf or with it under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Netfactors communicate with you about offers from Netfactors and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
• Netfactors responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• Netfactors believes that it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the BuzzPixels Website Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.

Netfactors provides BuzzPixels advertisers and other BuzzPixels users information about the number of times specific adverts have been clicked. Personal information is not shared during this process.

Cookies may be set and accessed on your computer when accessing BuzzPixels.

Web beacons may be used or cookies may be set and accessed on your computer by website analytics services that Netfactors uses in analysing BuzzPixels traffic.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information

You can edit your BuzzPixels account information, including your subscription to BuzzNews, the BuzzPixels electronic newsletter and marketing mailer, by logging on to your BuzzPixels account. Certain information, such as your EC VAT number (if applicable) can only be edited by contacting Netfactors by email or by using the BuzzPixels online contact form.

New categories of marketing communications may be added to BuzzPixels from time to time. You can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages you receive.

Netfactors reserves the right to send you certain communications relating to BuzzPixels, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your BuzzPixels account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

You can request for the termination of your advertising with BuzzPixels and the deletion of your BuzzPixels account by contacting Netfactors by email or by using the BuzzPixels online contact form. Some personal information may remain in Netfactors' or BuzzPixels archived records after your account has been deleted.

Confidentiality and Security

Netfactors limits access to personal information about you to employees who it believes reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Netfactors may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified about significant changes in the way Netfactors treats personal information by sending a notice to the email address held on record as part of your BuzzPixels account or by placing a prominent notice on BuzzPixels.
